1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Adilosoft website and desktop software ("Adilo"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use our website and applications.

2. Software License & Usage

Adilosoft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and execute the Adilo software on compatible Windows 10 and 11 hardware. The Free Edition includes 15 real duplicate removals for evaluation. Unlimited library cleanup requires an active Yearly subscription or a perpetual Lifetime license key.

3. 100% Offline Processing & User Confirmation

Adilo operates 100% locally on your computer with zero cloud telemetry. All duplicate grouping, orientation checks (including 90°/180° rotated images), and AI perceptual likeness detections are automated suggestions only. Every file deletion requires explicit manual confirmation by you, with removed files sent safely to the Windows Recycle Bin. Adilosoft is not liable for files deleted intentionally or accidentally under user direction.

4. 14-Day Refund Policy & Digital Delivery

License keys are delivered digitally immediately upon successful checkout. If you find that Adilo Pro is not suited to your workflow, we offer a hassle-free 14-day refund guarantee when requested through our Contact Page.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand graphics, logos, perceptual algorithms, C++ system architecture, and interface designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Adilosoft. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the binaries without prior written authorization.
